Sarah Haberland

Attorney at Law

Sarah is the founding member of Haberland Law, LLC where she practices in the areas of criminal defense, family law and probate law.  

Sarah graduated from Ohio University with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and she earned her Juris Doctor from University of Toledo. Sarah is a member of the State of Ohio Bar and teaches constitutional law at Owens Community College for the P.E.A.C.E. Academy. 

With a strong desire to make a difference in her community, Sarah opened Haberland Law, LLC in 2017 upon graduating from University of Toledo Law School.  She serves the Northwest Ohio counties of Lucas, Wood, Defiance, Henry, Fulton, Ottawa, Paulding, Sandusky, Seneca and Williams. In Sarah's free time, she can be found with her family enjoying Walleye Hockey games and attending her children's sporting events. 

Emily Davis 

Paralegal

Emily doesn't take life too seriously—but she cares a lot about the things that matter. She graduated with honors in Paralegal Studies from Stautzenberger College in 2024. Emily is a proud parent of two awesome kids who keep her busy with their active schedules. In her downtime, you'll usually find Emily reading, hanging out with her dog and cats, or enjoying some much-needed peace with her phone on Do Not Disturb.

Shannon Zmudzinski

Paralegal

Shannon graduated summa cum laude from the University of Toledo in 2022 with a major in Law and Social Thought and a minor in Criminal Justice. She specializes in Family Law and brings valuable experience from her work within the Lucas County court system. 

Corrine Tippery

Assistant to Attorney Sarah Haberland

Corrine graduated from the University of Toledo with her Bachelor's in Health Information Administration. After working in healthcare for 14 years, she took a step back to look for a career that helped accommodate her daughter's busy schedule, while also challenging her to step out of healthcare and into a newer, more exciting role. With the strong family values of Haberland Law and its growing success, Corrine knew that Haberland Law would be a great fit. When Corrine is not running her broke best friend/daughter, to all of her activities, or traveling to softball fields across state lines, she can be found making memories with her daughter, husband, and step-son at their cottage in Michigan.
